PLASTECH PLUS INC. offers HDPE pipes in diameters ranging from ¾” to 12″. Thanks to their unique physical characteristics, HDPE pipes are widely used where other materials cannot be. For example, HDPE pressure water pipes can be connected by a process called butt fusion, where the pipe ends are heated and joined together. This can be used in trenchless applications, where digging is difficult or impossible. Black HDPE pipes and yellow PEMD pipes are used to transport natural gas, where it’s vital that there are no leaks.
